La Filetteria Italiana Navigli has meat as its focus: meat in its derivations of the top cuts, in its excellences – such as fillet and various other cuts. A product universally recognised and available in all the different categories, from zebra to kangaroo, from reindeer to bison, from camel to deer and ostrich, therefore not only beef and veal, chianina, and fassona. The dishes are presented and served with great, maniacal care, offered on steaming flat boards, accompanied by small pots and bowls with side dishes, such as the crispy, golden “Filetteria-style” potatoes, and many different homemade sauces.
Every single detail, even the smallest, is taken care of meticulously, from service design to service style, just like a dress specially tailored to the customer. A comfortable and elegant place where you will feel like in a corner of your own home.
Everything has been designed by a company specialised in public venues, EMP of Edoardo Maggiori, the owner of Filetteria Italiana, who clearly shows a passion for fashion, design, recovery of furniture and furnishing (from antiques to the 1920s, and country-style), and redevelopment of spaces, while boasting extensive experience in the field of renovation.
