Fish Dancer is a restaurant serving only fish caught during that particular day and has been synonymous with freshness and high quality for 8 years.
The cuisine is based exclusively on dishes made with the freshest fish. The food is processed and the recipes are revisited with care by Chef Belkam according to the truest Mediterranean tradition, based on simplicity of taste. You can either choose the “dish of the day”, an all-in-one dish, or the classic à la carte menu.
In the menu, the following dishes definitely stand out: Sauté of clams and Gratinato misto among the starters; Spaghetti with clams and bottarga, and Paccheri with swordfish, taggiasca olives, small tomatoes and bottarga among the first courses. Not to be missed is the Gran fritto misto (fried fish).
Every month the menu is revisited so as to include the chef’s new special dishes. Also, at Fish Dancer, bread and desserts are homemade, using only wholesome natural ingredients.
